BioHailing from the colony of Victoria with strong ties with the Cape Colony. Colonial Steele is a small exclusive clothing brand which is finally making their handmade Steampunk and Gothic inspired garments available to the public.
Drawing inspiration from the far-flung colonies, places of hardship and elegance, Colonial Steele offers clothing for all from stokers to captains, adventurers and elegant gentlemen. We source fabric from all over the world and make only a couple of items to make our garments unique to the wearer. We also offer a small range of decorative accessories including cravats, ties and jewelery.
We also cater for the discerning lady. Manly waistcoats tailored for the female shape as well as made to measure woman's garments. Due to the individual nature of the female form, all our ladies range is made to order.
We are aware that wires do not replace a bespoke fitting service, we do offer a mail service. See our shop polices for more information. We also offer a bespoke fitting service to those located in the London area.
We gladly accept commissions and requests, including hand embroidery, inquire via wires or airship mail for more information. All our garments are handmade in our London establishment.
